(More customer reviews)I really like this, especially for the price.My wife and I had originally been planning on buying the "Fisher-Price Precious Planet Melodies & Motion Soother," but then we saw this for $10 cheaper.After looking at them in the local Toys'R'Us, we bought this and are happy with our purchase.

PROS:
- Securely fastens to the crib
- 20 minutes of music
- Night and Day modes (Night: stars and moon is out and the sky is blue; Day: sun is out and the sky is yellow)
- Music or Music/Lights/Movement modes
- Looks nice and the animals always move (when not in Music-only mode)

CONS:
- We wish it had a Lights-only mode to use as a night light (but I don't know if any do this)

There have been some comments on the volume, and we think it is just fine.It adjusts and while the lowest isn't quiet, babies are used to lots of noise in the womb (unless you trained them to only sleep in silence).

One thing we were worried about is that in the store, it only played for a few seconds before shutting off.No need to worry, it contains temporary AA batteries in place of the 4 C batteries that you will need.We are using rechargeable C batteries, so we have no worries.
