(More customer reviews)I got this swing for my baby shower in November, and it has yet to work. We've had to order three replacement parts because the swing did not work - would not go up and down. Additionally, the music feature did not work at all. I am so sad that this swing didn't work. I'm due next week and still don't have this up and running. It's been a huge pain in the butt calling Graco and then hopefully waiting for new parts to work. Over and over again they are sending us parts that do not work. It's really upsetting. I would NOT recommend this product at all. Save yourself the headache we are dealing with now.
