(More customer reviews)These colorful little bowls are perfect for starting solid feeding. They are small and simple and fit nicely in your hand. I'm using them on their own (not as part of the Skip Hop Palette Plate set) and find that they are perfect for warming and mixing the smaller size portions (1-2 oz) I'm currently feeding my daughter.

It was also important to me that the bowls I use for her are BPA/phthalate free and these are.

*Update: I'm recently finding that these bowls are also perfect for toting around small snacks (and meals, too) for my daughter while we're out and about. The lids snap on tightly and have never leaked. I continue to love using these bowls.
