I needed to fuss around with it for a minute to get the water to come out right, just because of the way my faucet was. My 17 month old loves it, and because the water is deflected away from the faucet, she doesn't want to play with the faucet and knobs constantly. I don't use the soap dispenser feature just because she has learned how to press that button in the front to dispense it, and she empties it pretty quick! Super cute design and color (we got the green) and easy to move from faucet to faucet when Mom-mom is babysitting. Overall wonderful product! Will buy another for our other tub!
