(More customer reviews)Our three month old son has loved this swing since he came home from the hospital.He can work himself into a loud fuss that no food, rocking, diaper changes, temperature changes, etc. can calm, then quickly calm himself to sleep after being placed in the swing for a few short minutes.

In regards to the earlier review, our swing does vary significantly in speed and rate of swing from lowest to highest settings.

One note of caution: during assembly of the swing body, it is easy to over-tighten the screws.In an attempt to ensure that the seat was securely assembled, I tightened a screw completely thorough one of the interlocking plastic seat pieces.
